Well, here I am again, I've submitted a few other stories before about my guiches, nipples and pubic surface piercings. This time I'm going above the neck, my earlobes and how it came to be that they now have a fresh set of eight gauge tunnels above the eight gauge labret disc and eight gauge ball and socket that I had already.

Although the piercing took place yesterday, the story actually starts at the end of June, when Anatomic Adornments was opened by Jody and Syx. They also needed counter staff and one of the people that they hired was T-gun. She loves what she does and it shows, as the summer went on, she became the clavin' maven, she also had an immense desire to learn how to pierce. It was noticeable. She gained knowledge in the workings of a piercing shop, she also got closer to the time when Jody decided that she knew enough to start to learn to pierce.

T-gun's a great girl, easy to like and I felt comfortable talking to her pretty well from the start, in fact we had actually chatted a bit on IAM even before Anatomic opened and I'm sure that other people have come to the same conclusion. I am somewhat finicky about who I allow to pierce me, experience is not part of the equation, I need to have a comfort level with the piercer, I have met experienced piercers that I just am not really OK with and they will never touch me with a needle. As I have said, I felt quite comfortable with her and decided that if she needed a practice target to learn and gain experience, I was quite willing to become the target.

Jody and myself were talking last week during on of my visits to the shop and Jody told me that she thought that T-gun was ready to go, YAAY! The appointment was booked and T-gun found out on Friday, this gave her a week to get used to the idea and to really watch Jody and Syx carefully before the big day. Well, yesterday was the big day, T-gun had chosen to do my lobes instead of the other choice which was to continue my ladder below the belt. I need to be symmetrical so both lobes would be done. As these piercings have special significance for not just myself, (after all, how often do you get to be the first person that someone has ever pierced?) I decided that they would be done at the same gauge as the other ones on the lobes so no stretching would need to be done in the future.

I think that the three of us involved were all waiting impatiently for the day, it came and I arrived early to relax after my commute and eat a quick burger before the appointment. As I had suspected, T-gun had spent the day cornering Jody and marking up her ears, as soon as Jody had them clean, she'd be cornered again. We went into the piercing room and we got ready to roll I got out the camera for Jody to take pics with, and I was finished, felt strange, didn't have to take off any clothes this time. Under Jody's watchful eye, T-gun got everything ready to go, including hiding the large pipe that would shortly be impaling my ears. Everything was ready to go, including the "just in case" stuff and the marking began. She was relaxed and took her time to make sure that the marks were perfect, Jody checked but T-gun had them absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was the same as if it was just Jody and myself in the room for a piercing, comfort level was right up there, Yes! !

The clamps were put on, T-gun asked how they felt, they were just right, time to start the breathing and close my eyes before the piercing pipe was brought into view. The usual count, the needle resting lightly on the mark just hard enough that I knew it was there on the first breath out and pierced on the second breath out. Eight gauge needles just don't go through as easy, quick and pain free as the smaller gauges, a few drops of blood did escape but that is to be expected. The special tapers worked great, didn't notice the transition between it and the jewellery. Teagan's first piercing was done, YAAAAY!! Everything went as expected, wonderfully, if I had not thought that it would, I wouldn't be writing this now, as I have said I need a certain comfort and trust level with my piercer it was there. It was time for the second one. The cart was moved around, then the clamp was on and the procedure repeated. This one had a bit more resistance after the piercing was do ne, T-gun checked to make sure that things were good and the tunnel was installed. The O-rings were put on and everything was right with the world. During the procedure there were at least six glove changes and everything was either single use or taken out of the sterile packaging at the last moment. She was well organized, deliberate in her actions and worked with the efficiency of a more seasoned piercer, it will take more time and practice to gain the experience needed but I think that she is well on the way. The cleanup was done, the door opened and a new piercer emerged.

After I got home last night had gone to bed, it's hard to sleep on your back when you can only sleep on your side or stomach. I noticed that there was some blood on the pillow from the right ear, some had already dried in the form of a drop hanging from the ring and the bottom of the ear, there was also dried blood covering the entire back of the ear. Picture time!! So at three in the morning I was taking pics with my webcam and putting them on my page just for a certain blood thirsty member of IAM:Vancouver. The bleeding has stopped and will be soaked off during my usual sea salt soak. Everything is just fine this morning, can't wait to show them off!!

I have rambled on long enough, but before I end, I would like to say that based on last nights experience I would have no hesitation in getting pierced but T-gun again and again. She made sure that she knew what was needed to know, practiced what she could before hand and was confident in her actions, she will be a great piercer in time and I get the honour and privilege to say that I was the first person that she has ever pierced.

THANKS T-GUN!!!
