BME Member Terms of Service

By becoming a BME member you agree to the following:

• The password issued is for your use only and will not be shared with anyone else.

• You will choose a password sufficiently "unguessable". Do not choose any easy to guess password like "pierced" or "password" or "sexsex". We strongly recommend that you use an acronym since they are almost impossible to guess and very easy to remember. For example, "john likes looking at piercings today" is easy to remember and yields the password "jllapt".

• You agree that the contents of BME are for your private viewing only and are not to be reposted in public or private groups, mailing lists, newsgroups, etc.

If you violate any of the above, your account will be immediately deactivated, and you will not be able to sign up again and your credit information may be submitted to internet fraud screening agencies. In addition, you will not be issued a refund.

Additionally:

• Charges will appear on your credit card as BMEZINE.COM, LLC.

• You understand that if you have difficulty using your password you will use the utilities on the customer service page to attempt to solve your problem, and if that doesn't work it is your responsibility to contact us so we can help you.

• You understand that BME contains recordings of extremely dangerous activities, and will not hold BME liable for any actions you may take after having viewed them.

• You understand that BME is an archive of the personal experiences submitted by its members. BME can not vouch for the accuracy of any of the information, and none of it should be considered instructions on any of these activities.

• Where some BME members have provided personal contact information, you agree to treat this information with respect.

Privacy Policy:

• BME will contact you via email from time to time regarding the status of your membership.

• BME will never share your personal contact information with any outside company or advertisor or government. We will do everything possible to protect your identity.
