If you are having problems with your membership, please visit the customer service pages first. Most common questions are answered there far more quickly than they could be answered by email.

The following email addresses can be used to reach BME. Please make sure that you use the right email. In addition, please realize that we get absolutely flooded with email and while we do our best to answer, we are not able to answer all messages.

• support@bmezine.com - Member support and customer serivce regarding things like difficultly accessing BME and billing inquiries.

• media@bmezine.com - Media enquiries. Please contact this email address only if you need to contact us regarding photo usage, or would like to talk to us regarding a media project (ie. article, interview, tv show, etc.). In general we are happy to provide media with photos, video, and additional information for use in their publications.

• General questions regarding body modification are nearly all answered in BME's FAQ section (as well as in the photos and experiences that make up the site). You should also browse the Ask BME section.

If you need to contact us by mail, below is our current address. If you are sending a money order, please make it out to "BMEZINE.COM LLC". You can mail in photos, videos, and/or undeveloped film, but please understand that it takes more time to process mailed in things than when they're done online. In any case, if you mail us, please make sure you include full information (your name, email, and your IAM page if you have one).

BME Staff

First and foremost, BME is run by a massive army of volunteers who contribute pictures, editing help, stories, IAM maintenance, and so on. That's who deserves the primary credit. However, if you want to point a little credit up this way, BME is run by Shannon and Rachel Larratt and a small staff.

Founder of BME (1994) and current publisher, editor, designer, writer, and creative director. Other related projects include BMEradio, BMEvideo, Uvatiarru the movie, authoring several books for BMEbooks, and much more. Shannon is also the head programmer on the IAM software development team.
