How can I join CABA?
We'll let you know about that as soon as we can! We can tell you now though that both individuals and studios will be able to join in a number of different ways.
Who are the current CABA board and members?
CABA does not currently have a set board or member list since it is still very formative. However, the following people are currently involved: Denise Robinson, Ambient Inc., Ottawa; Shannon Larratt, BME, Toronto; Thomas Brazda, Stainless Studios, Toronto.

What is CABA's charter and agenda?
CABA does not currently have a set charter, but it exists to protect the rights of body artists and enthusiants in Canada, and to ensure the safety of the clients of body artists in Canada.
What is CABA's history?
The idea of CABA began to take form in the early summer of 1995 as a collaboration of two Toronto body art studios, Stainless Studios Body Art and Urban Primitive Design Studio, and BME. Formative discussions were held and a fundraising picnic was held at Serena Gundy on July 9th. That event went well, with a bonfire and spirit drummers late into the night. Also that summer, CABA released it's "Guide to Safe Body Art". After that however, CABA was put somewhat on hold with its core "members" busy with other projects. Then in late 1996, Thomas Brazda of Stainless Studios in Toronto and Denise Robinson of Ambient in Ottawa have begun to revive CABA, with much more serious steps being taken to make CABA a federally incorporated non-profit corporation.
